Community and School Engagement
Fletcher Education Solutions (FES) offers data-driving, innovative, and interactive trainings for communities, schools, and organization seeking to increase their community and parent engagement efforts. FES specializes in the mobilization of small and large groups of stakeholders for immediate, short-term, and long-term success. Certification: Harvard University's EdX Introduction to Family Engagement in Education.
Test Prep Institute
Fletcher Education Solutions (FES) offers an eight (8) to ten (10) week Test Prep Institute for education majors and current teachers seeking to pass the Praxis. FES instructors have assisted teachers throughout the country with both Praxis I and II exams using an innovative hands-on approach to test prep. In addition to providing participants with a study plan and schedule, FES supports participants through weekly check-ins and regular assessments. Participants are also provided access to webinar sessions focused on time management, test anxiety, and tips and tricks for success.
Program Development and Evaluation
Fletcher Education Solutions offers program development consulting for schools and education organizations from start to finish. Services include but are not limited to brainstorming program ideas, curriculum building, program implementation, data collection and analysis, and report creation and dissementation. FES partnership experience includes the United States Army, the National Society for Black Engineers, Forward Arkansas, Go Forward Pine Bluff, and many more. In recognition of their work with ForwARd Arkansas, FES founders Dr. Trina L. Fletcher and Dr. Tina L. Fletcher were named Visionary Arkansans.
